I'm not sure if this has been discussed or what was decided, but what should we do about Mistyfoot's supposed kits? It seems that Reedwhisker, Graymist, and, for some reason, Mintfur have been identified as her kits but I've never seen this confirmed. Can someone shed some light on this please, so we know what to put or take off of articles? Skyfeather '95 22:23, December 7, 2009 (UTC) I don't know about Graymist and Mintfur, but I know Reedwhisker is her son. I read it in an Erin Hunter Chat, although I can't remember which one--SnowfallLet it snow, let it snow! 22:32, December 7, 2009 (UTC)

Skyfeather '95 22:23, December 7, 2009 (UTC) I don't know about the specific chat or whatever it was revealed in, but I think Reedwhisker is the most likely to be true, if not the others. I noticed that in recent books he and Mistyfoot have been seen together more, but this may just be because he is a senior warrior. My guess is that in some chat, Someone asked whichever Erin who Mistyfoot's four kits were, and she picked out four random cats from RiverClan, Graymist and Mintfur likely being picked because they share a similar pelt color with her. I've also heard from some people that Rippetail and Dawnflower are her kits as well. Reedwhisker and Dawnflower could be, as they are the right age, but Rippletail was Reedwhisker's APPRENTICE, so he's far too young, and I think Mintfur and GRaymist are too, though I'm not sure. In any case, nothing is confirmed, so if/when it is we can post something. (whew! Sorry for the mini-rant) Insaneular | raluenasnI 22:30, December 7, 2009 (UTC) I don't know about Graymist and Mintfur, but I know Reedwhisker is her son. I read it in an Erin Hunter Chat, although I can't remember which one--SnowfallLet it snow, let it snow! 22:32, December 7, 2009 (UTC) So leave Reedwhisker up then, but take the others down? I honestly don't think it's possible that Reedwhisker could be her son, unless she happened to have kits and was still deputy, which wouldn't make sense. Really, I also think her kits were never actually going to be named warriors in the series, they were just needed for the flood. Skyfeather '95 22:35, December 7, 2009 (UTC) Well, if memory serves, she was a Queen since ItW, meaning, that by Midnight, her kits would be 12-20 moons old, having been warriors for a while. She may have been a queen again more recently, although this may have conflicted with her deputy duties, it's possible another queen took care of her kits for a few moons? Or, more likely- she lost her first litter of kits and had another in the time between TDH and Firestar's Quest- which would make them about six moons by Midnight, thus being apprentices then, like Reedwhisker was. Insaneular | raluenasnI 22:38, December 7, 2009 (UTC) I'm sure if it came down to explaining Reedwhisker being her son, Vicky would put up a reasonable argument, which makes sense but would still be a bit conflicting in a few ways I'm sure. Is Reedwhisker the only one that has been confirmed confirmed? Skyfeather '95 22:43, December 7, 2009 (UTC) In the leader election, Reedwhisker thanked Firestar for saving him in a flood. And in Fire and Ice, one of the kits they saved was black. This was most likely him, but it would be a mistake on the erins part--SnowfallLet it snow, let it snow! 22:44, December 7, 2009 (UTC) Morningleaf had been on the most recent Erin Hunter chat, and if I remember correctly, Morningleaf created a forum about it in which it said that Mistystar chooses Reedwhisker as her deputy because he is her son. And I apologize, as I saw it on Mistyfoot's page, that those four were her kits, so I added it on their pages. I did check the history to see if it was a rumour by an IP, but it wasn't.––Σ ãliãs G.r.pawFile:RR.jpg 09:03, December 8, 2009 (UTC) Since we've all sort of agreed on Reedwhisker being her son, should we take the others down then, unless they can be verified (and I don't mean Vicky randomnly picking a couple of cats when she clearly has no idea)? Skyfeather '95 19:51, December 14, 2009 (UTC) Think: Who was an apprentice when Reedwhisker was? TinselfernHave yourself a merry little Leaf-bare!20:15, December 14, 2009 (UTC) I don't see anything wrong with keeping Reedwhisker up, since he has a substantial amount of evidence, but I think the rest should be taken down. Um, if memory serves, I think Dawnflower might have been an apprentice at the same time(and I've heard rumors that she was another one of the kits)... I can't remember any for sure though, and since no apprentices other than ThunderClan were listed until either Sunset or Po3, we can't just look them up. If anyone is planning on rereading the early New Prophecy books soon, you could keep an eye out for RiverClan apprentices, but other than that, we can't do much else to figure them out. Of course, next time someone's at a book signing or author chat, they can ask. (If anyone is able to go to either of those, I'm jealous of you XD) Insaneular | raluenasnI 20:48, December 14, 2009 (UTC) Okay, I'll begin taking the other's wrong. And Tinselfern? Just because there happened to be other apprentices along with Reedwhisker, doesn't prove that they are Mistyfoot's. Skyfeather '95 21:26, December 14, 2009 (UTC) But Dawnflower can't be her kit because she was Mistyfoot's apprentice.TinselfernHave yourself a merry little Leaf-bare!21:06, December 18, 2009 (UTC) Switch that. Sorry, getting confused with who mentors who. Graymist could potentially be a kit because to be a queen you need to be a warrior. She must have gained her name in Twilight.TinselfernHave yourself a merry little Leaf-bare!14:42, December 19, 2009 (UTC) Okay well I am going to read The New Prophecy soon so I'll keep a lookout on the RiverClan apprentices :) --PandastormPanda Love 02:11, December 21, 2009 (UTC)
