Unnuk (Japanese: ウンヌク Un'nuku) is a region of the Pokémon world. Its regional Pokémon Professor goes by the name of Greyleaf. It is the main setting of BLANK. Distinct from the other regions, a large amount of Unnuk is covered by a massive glacier. As a result, settlements are few and far between, and the region lacks a proper Pokémon League. Instead, young Pokémon Trainers take part in the biyearly Glacial Run, where they race against other Trainers in order to reach a certain point, battling Checkpoint Guardians in certain locations in order to mark their progress. Due to the region's age, the glacier is dotted all over with fossils and even natural Z-Crystals. These can be mined and used by Trainers for battle, though in Checkpoint Battles certain rules apply.

A mysterious group known as BLANK has also recently appeared, and authorities appear concerned that their activities will interfere with the next Glacial Run.
