Lauderdale Tower is a 43 storey tower block located on the Barbican estate in London. It is one of the three Barbican towers. Accomodation consists of flats with a 2 storey penthouse on the top floor. It was built in 1974 and named after the Scottish Earls of Lauderdale as it is built on the site of their former residence. It is Grade 2 listed - recognised as one of the finest examples of Brutalist architecture in the UK.
