The Demon Savior was said to be a Demon, an outcast who challenged the idea that their fates belonged to the god Izax and were tied to the will of the gods; however, the Demon Savior was prophesied to be a Demon who would climb beyond Izax's reach—an "immortal god of gods" who would overthrow the Old Gods and bring about a new age. The Sith entity Vitiate, in his new guise as "Valkorion," claimed to be the Demon Savior of prophecy upon his arrival and began a successful campaign against the Old Ways.
