Galdamez was the representative from Arkology who went to meet with the Spirit of the Abyss, or rather its Magog worshipers, on the Magog World Ship, in order to broker a treaty which would leave his community in and at peace with the Magog in their rampaging through known space. When he was encountered by the Andromeda Ascendant at the start of "The Dissonant Interval (Part 1)", he was on his way back from his successful diplomatic endeavors, and delighted that the pacifist people of Arkology had avoided conflict once more. His joy, however, was short-lived, as he barely finished outlining his position and agreement before he collapsed to the floor, foaming at the mouth, and was killed by the Magog larvae erupting from within him. His remains were conveyed back to Arkology by Louisa Messe
