Isabella looked up at the high stone walls. "Phineas?" she asked, and her voice echoed around the concrete, as though there were more than just one Isabella in the room. She sighed. "I really am alone..." She hit her fists against the walls and immediately regretted it. Rubbing her fingers, she muttered, "Phineas left me..." It made sense. Phineas ignored her, forgot her. She didn't matter to him anymore. A tear leaked out of her eye and slid down her face as she continued to shiver in the dark. She was running... falling... and hitting the ground... a flash of light...

She heard mice skittering around. Images from every horror movie she had ever seen popped into her head. She looked up at the high skylight, which was letting in a sliver of hard, white light. She wasn't even really sure how she had gotten into the cold stone room. She closed her eyes and remembered... She was running... falling... and hitting the ground... a flash of light... A knock sounded from the skylight and Isabella jumped. She was saved! Phineas's red hair shone in the light as he dropped down a long rope to pull Isabella up. "I was looking for you," he called down.
