Hodgson was picked by the Toronto Maple Leafs 83rd overall in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft and joined them in the 1985-86 season. Despite his excellent junior record he never made it as an NHL regular, either with the Leafs or the Vancouver Canucks. The picture shown is not Dan Hodgson who wore #16, it is Jim Benning #15.
