- Darkly is an immigrant from Twilight Town who moved to East Rogueport, behind the fake wall. To the left of Merlon's house if you just hold up next to the wall next to his house. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Mario and his party try to enter Twilight Town but the Warp Pipe rejects them. Darkly tells them that they need to have a piece of clothing with their names on it to enter the town. After he does the favor for them, the party continues on their journey. After Mario returns from Twilight Town, Darkly doesn't believe that the villagers turned into pigs.
