| - The space walk is a location in the Fallout 3 add-on Mothership Zeta.
- A space walk was the act of performing a task or maneuvering in realspace outside a starship. When performing a space walk, it was advised to focus on the ship but not the stars, for fear of becoming overawed by the sheer expanse of space. Wearing a spacesuit and magna-pads that made her stick to the hull, Lina Graf once executed a space walk to access the main generator of the ship Whisper Bird via an external hatch.
- Space Walk was invented by the German Rüdiger Dorn in 1997 and published by Ravensburger in 1999. The extraordinary design was created by Franz Vohwinkel. The game is one of the most popular modern mancala game listed in BoardGameGeek with more than 11,000 views (as of February 1, 2009). The original edition can be played with 2 - 5 persons. Only the two-person game is a good game of skill, the larger variants tend to be unpredictable.
- Space Walk allows you to fully function in space environments, but does not allow traveling to other space rooms. You are able to fly from a planet's suface into that planet's orbit, if you also have Flight. If you have Space Flight, you do not need Space Walk. Having Space-Walk will grant you a small passive boost to Agility versus melee attacks aimed at you while floating in space. This boost is dependant on Velocity.
- Action Man must come to the rescue when the evil Doctor X skyjacks two of the world's richest men aboard their commercial airliner and threatens to incinerate the vessel with a nuclear missile if his ransom demands aren't met.
- A space walk is an activity whereby an astro dons a spacesuit and exits the confines of his/her spaceship i.e. extravehicular activity.

- Space Walk is a term used for a specific condition of muscular atrophy that occurs to UNSC (and likely any other human or, indeed, other species; however it is specifically a UNSC term) personnel whom have spent too much time in microgravity. Recent developments in gravity plating leads many to suspect that this condition may soon be wiped out entirely, as humans will spend less time in microgravity.
- Space Walk is a condition that occurs to UNSC personnel that spend too much time in microgravity. It is likely that their legs become unaccustomed to holding their body weight due to muscle mass lost during extended periods of free floating caused by zero gravity. As a result, when they return to an atmosphere with stable gravity they have a strange lope to their walk. This is called "space walk" by crewmen. It was first mentioned in Halo: The Fall of Reach when introducing Franklin Mendez. Note, however, this term is only a nickname for Muscular Atrophy, an anatomical pathology.
- Space walks required an environmental suit, also known as an EV suit, though occasionally certain crewmen or members of certain species are able to go without. For instance, Lieutenant Commander Data, an android, and The Doctor, a hologram, are able to perform in many environments where most Starfleet crewmen could not. (VOY: "Basics, Part I"; Star Trek Nemesis) A team engaging in a spacewalk might be known as a EV team. (ENT: "Similitude")

- Space Walk is a term used for a specific condition of muscular atrophy that occurs to UNSC (and likely any other human or, indeed, other species; however it is specifically a UNSC term) personnel whom have spent too much time in microgravity. Presumably, one who has succumbed to the effects of "space walking" have had their leg muscles become unaccustomed to holding up their own body weight due to the loss of muscle mass caused by extended periods of free floating that is caused while in zero gravity. As such, upon returning to an atmosphere which has stable gravity attached to it they will have a strange lope to their walk. This is what the UNSC crewmen dub "space walk". Recent developments in gravity plating leads many to suspect that this condition may soon be wiped out entirely, as humans will spend less time in microgravity.
(ENT: "Similitude") In 2373/2063, when the crew of the USS Enterprise-E found out that that the Borg that had infested the ship were outside on the hull building an interplexing beacon on the ship's deflector dish, Captain Jean-Luc Picard asked Lieutenant Commander Worf if he had remembered his zero-gravity combat training. Worf revealed it made him sick to his stomach. Despite this, Picard, Worf and Lieutenant Hawk went onto the hull to stop the Borg. (Star Trek: First Contact) Space walks were taught at Starfleet Academy in a six week long course during the third year. It was aimed at preparing cadets for walking in space in their space suits. In 2374, Lieutenants B'Elanna Torres and Tom Paris were forced to evacuate their shuttlecraft, shortly before it was destroyed, by putting on their EV suits and beaming into space. Torres, who had never finished the Academy, felt queasy floating around in space, saying it was nothing like the simulations done before the course. (VOY: "Day of Honor") Space walking is known as Extravehicular activity, or EVA, in the real world, but this terminology has not been used on screen in a Star Trek production, although several scripts use the proper real world term, and EV has been used in relation to space suits.
