After Twilight and her friends left and went back to their world, Mitchel comes back home and then finds out that she and her friends have just left. He goes to every room, but there's no one. Then, he spots a letter from a so-called princess, but something's not right here and the sender is actually not the princess. Out of nowhere, Applebloom shows up and tells him that Twilight and her friends are missing and trapped by the evil princess named Nightmare Moon. So, he decided to go to their world, save Twilight and her friends, and stop Nightmare Moon.
