Upon detonation, the ball expands into either a giant ball if detonated in mid-air or in a dome if detonated close to the ground. Any oxygen within the swirling ball is expelled thus resulting in a dome of pure nothingness. Anything within it is obliterated and starved of oxygen. Any lifeforms caught in the radius suffocate and die within seconds of detonation. The blast effect size varies depending how much chakra the user invests but it can as small as a person to as large as a mountain or house. The ball/dome itself lasts for several minutes and seems to rotate; much like a planet. In fact, many liken it visually to Neptune. It has said that the closer you get to the swirling vortex, the more you feel its force pulling you in. This technique can be used by all clan members of Wind Bell Temple. However, one noted user is Wate Shinfu. However, due to tragic past, he has sworn a oath to never use this technique again and has sealed it within himself. Any attempt at using this technique will result in his death
