Rohod however, upon his graduation and becoming the sixth host of the Xon symbiote, transferred his transcript to Starfleet Academy. There he continued his studies in medicine, until being forced to mature faster than was usually expected - the outbreak of the Dominion War required a vast number of Starfleet crewmen, and Rohod Xon served on three small vessels, commissioned during the war, as a medic. These vessels provided no end to the work that Xon was required to perform. Injured crew members, injuries aboard other vessels, planet side victims...he had a constant flow of patients as well as a bird's eye view of the dark side of war. Following the end of hostilities, he continued to pursue a career in Starfleet Medical with a large knowledge of Exobiology and biochemistry.
