But before he can fulfill Roy’s dreams of turning his corporation itself into a superhero? What would it take for a big business to not only fight for people but also inspire them? He must first seek out the mysterious female raider he caught on camera during the attack. Taking his weapons and gadgets to hunt down the woman he quickly confronts her and they begin to battle. During the battle, Oliver shockingly learns that the woman reveals to him that she is a daughter of Vixen a supervillainess and former lover of Oliver Queen and the reason she attacked and tried to kill her father was because of his industries build factories specialize in testing super-villain weapons in American towns that inadvertently became targets for the super-villains looking to gain their weapons back. Shocked by her revelation, Oliver had only been stalling before his daughter is killed by his reserve security team teams he earlier called. After the conflict Oliver Queen returns to Green Arrow Industries but instead of making weapons and money from war he will make weapons to help end a war.
