2149. It’s been 95 years since World War III has ended. Arterial Proculus, or the “Flare” hasn’t infected anyone for 54 years. The backstory to this is that when the Communist Bloc shattered, all that was left was capitalism. All of the countries created the Global Association, an organization aimed to develop Earth and the human race. All war reparations were made. There were no more embargoes or sanctions. Only one currency. All borders were open. All of the countries of the world united, and they attacked Arterial Proculus. It was a very hard battle, but the virus dwindled down slowly until no more humans are infected by it. The cure is still not found, but scientists in Washington D.C. are close to a breakthrough that can get rid of the Flare once and for all.

In 2148, there were presidential elections in the United States. Everything went ordinarily, but the rest of the world is starting to worry about the new president. This new president seems to take an authoritarian rule and has rigged elections in the United Antilles of the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, Tanzania, Karelia, Kuwait, and Korea. Every year, more and more countries fall into this authoritarian influence. Though the liberal countries don’t know the real intentions of this new president, they do know that he wants to rule the world. But there’s another problem too: Sunnis and Shi’ites. They were able to coexist peacefully until now. Nobody know why these tensions suddenly increased, but this world is on the brink of yet another world war. On top of that, the American president has stolen all scientific research from the scientists in Washington D.C. and has trapped them from returning back from their countries. Oh, and there’s one last problem: the Flare has broke out yet again. And it’s stronger. Way stronger. This time it’s one move and you’re out.
