Edmund Broughton Barnard (16 February 1856 – 27 January 1930) was a British Liberal politician, landowner and sportsman. Chairman of Hertfordshire County Council, and member of the Metropolitan Water Board and the second committee of the London and Home Counties Traffic Advisory Committee.
