Dalorfa is the Asgarnian colony in the New World. It is settled at the beginning of Distant War by the White Knights and several settlers from Asgarnia. During Distant War, the colony is infiltrated by the player and Fred Drysdon so that they can sabotage the Asgarnian forces threatening to invade Roudange. After the quest (and Sir Aah's White Knight forces depart) the city is inhabited by non-aggressive Dalorfa soldier, Men, and Women. There are no stores or anything else useful in the colony, just a blasted-apart barracks, a well, and a couple of wooden houses.
