Phil Orr is a former NASCAR driver from Winter Park, FL. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career. His first race came in 1957, when Orr debuted at Daytona Beach Road Course. Starting 22nd in the large fifty-seven car field, Orr completed most of the race in route to a solid 13th place showing. Orr, though, was not able to improve when he returned to Daytona in 1958. Starting 16th in the large field of forty-nine, Orr this time fell some eight laps down in the race and wound up finishing 27th.
