The Coney Island, Fort Hamilton and Brooklyn Railroad was a streetcar company in the borough of Brooklyn, in New York City. The company was formed by real estate developer Patrick H. Flynn, and chartered by the New York State Legislature on June 7, 1890 to build from the 39th Street Ferry through New Utrecht to Coney Island and Fort Hamilton. Flynn organized the the CIFH&BRR (and other streetcar companies) to provide service to property he owned.
