Johan Nicolaas "Hans" Maas (July 10, 1912 - November 14, 1941) was a Dutch hockey player. He played in six games for the Dutch National Team at the 1935 World Championship. Maas played club hockey for HYS The Hague. He was a member of the Dutch resistance during World War II and was killed in the North Sea after being torpedoed by a German U-boat.
