Phase-plasma was the term used to describe the special mixture of gases that underwent a unique filtering process. This process left the mixture with a more stable atomic structure and density than normal plasma, before being fed through an ultra-cooling process that utilized lasers to bring down the temperature of neutral atoms. From there, the phase-plasma was packaged into purposely-designed cooling and storage units, usually to be weaponized.
