The Grave Marker: Greed (卒都婆・貪欲, Sotōba: Tanyoku) is one of the nine sotōba summoned within the Summoning: Nine Grave Markers technique, and the fourth technique within a series of eight others. Greed is a technique that is activated upon making contact with another chakra source through the sotōba. Upon doing this, the inscribed seal will begin to absorb chakra into itself, allowing it to increase the chakra within all the sotōba by distributing it evenly by way of a very thin thread that connects all nine sotōba. In doing so, Yoshihira can reduce the enemy's supply of chakra and enhance his own tools' power.
