There are about 11 million Flagition on Flagitiosissimus, and another 3 million on Agrippina Alpha IV in the Agrippina Alpha IV System, which the Flagition reached through use of slower-than-light spaceships. There is a single planetary government, a heriditary council enjoying almost unanimous support for most of the time.
