Born the only child of the Noble Marek family of Hapes. | - Growing up in a small town in Kansas, Ryan had a quite boring life. Until one day, riding his bike home from work, he was startled by a bright flash of light. He looked up to see a meteor fall from the sky, Ryan cycled his bike as fast as he could to the area it had landed, when suddenly, the alien rock gave an immense blast of radiation, knocking Ryan flying back unconscious. Waking up a few hours later, he headed home, but on his way home Ryan started hearing people's thoughts. After a few weeks had passed, he realized that the radiation blast had altered his life force, giving him inhuman abilities such as Telekinesis, Telepathy, Electric Manipulation and many more.

| - Ryan Balthazar Marek now known by the Codename Cipher One is an Imperial Cipher Agent currently working for the Imperial Intelligence Bureau within the Galactic Empire. Born the only child of the Noble Marek family of Hapes. In his early teenager years he made the decision to move to Mandalore and seek training with the Mandalorians to learn discipline that would help him in his limited role in Hapan life. With a bright future within the Mandalorian people looming before him it was tragically cut short when on assignment his group was lead into a trap and though he was able to save his comrades he could not save himself. He was presumed Killed in Action when his body was never found. Instead it was found by Imperial Cipher Agent, Jenha Brightstar. Agent Brightstar's old recollection of the young man from her past lead her to take his barely living remains to her base where he was reborn using a top secret project. With all of his memory lost, he was rebuilt and designated for Cipher training. When fit enough, he was given the codename Cipher One, and cleared for active duty.
