The Death Rider design, as stated by its creator, takes inspirational cues from Neon Genesis Evangelion. The aircraft bears a blue/gray camouflage in most of the airframe. At the intake and cockpit area, the camouflage appears to have peeled off, exposing the Eagle's inner "dermis", as well as a ribcage and the aircraft's internal components, or organs, within. The nose area's steel coating appears as having completely melted off, thus exposing the Death Rider's skull.
