The Madra Clan is one of the five major clans which form the Grand Council of Chieftains, the governing body which rules over the New Armes Kingdom. Known as a moderate clan, the Madra Clan is dominated by the Valya family. Disgruntled by the influence of the hawk-like Darja Clan, the Madra Clan worked with the ruling Ishvaak Clan to first minimise atrocities during the New Armes Kingdom's alliance with the House of Godwin during the Falenan Civil War and then later to work covertly to aid the Loyalist Army with Shula Valya and his attendants serving with the force for the duration of the war.
