Jessica Mulluns was a Human female who was Rick Mulluns's younger sister. The two never really knew one another and mostly grew up apart from each other. However, unlike Rick, who knew nothing of his sister, Jessica found out and learned plenty about her brother. This eventually led her to find out that he became half machine. Not much was known about her, other then the fact that she wanted to know more about her brother and was always behind when she tried to find him. It was unknown what happened to her, and it was rumored she joined a secret organization known only as the Midnight Men. Unlike her brother, she did not suffer from any eye disease.
