IF A MEMBER OF ROMA DECLARES WAR ON ANOTHER NATION FOR ANY REASON other than defending another nation of ROMA, the AGGRESSIVE NATION WILL NOT BE PROTECTED. ROMA members may defend themselves and each other if attacked. NEAT, SC, and TTE reserve the right to assist on a military or economic level any ROMA nation that is being aggressively attacked, regardless of who is doing the attacking. If the ROMA nation started the war, the other ROMA members and NEAT/SC/TTE will most likely allow the attacked nation and/or alliance to deal with the individual ROMA nation as they see fit. ROMA is NOT interested in treaties outside their Protectorate Treaty and are NOT interested in merging into any other group. Don't ask.
