Henry Lemaire was a former member of the Progenitors. Known for his violent tendencies, especially when "boosting" his strength and combat abilities with procedures, Henri was considered a dangerous, but effective asset. He was posted to Antwerp construct, in part to analyse if his aggressiveness was still kept to acceptable levels. However, his posting proved short-lived, as soon after he was confronted by a mysterious cyborg agent, claiming to be part of the true Technocracy. He managed to get Henry over to his side somehow, and after a short showdown the pair vanished (Progenitor Nullified).

Afterwards considered lost by the Technocracy, he was never again directly seen - although reports of strange encounters trickled in through the years about people suspiciously similar to Henry.
