abstract	Councilor Harold Firegg was one of the founding members of the Solace Colony. On the Solace Station, when both Eric Noble and Gideon Corey were in the station's depths on a mission to end the tyranny of the Darkside spirits there, Firegg was working as the acting-administrator over the colony. Unfortunately, he was also the leader of the group of colonists who believed that another group of colonists (unnamed, but assumed to be Councilor Werro Prell and his followers) had sabotaged the recently-arrived smuggler vessel Purgatory's Escape to prevent anyone from leaving the station. It was this position, rather than his status as councilor and acting-administrator, that got him assassinated - by Prell himself, no less. His death, though, caused a series of events resulting in an all-out battle between confused and corrupted colonists and the smugglers.
