Synopsis
| - Roy Lincoln and two other fellows are turned down from joining the United States Army, so they all attempt to get to Tokyo to fight the Japanese. Overheard by Red Rogers, she flies them to Tokyo [the men are unaware that Red's brother is being held captive by the Nipponese], but first Roy reveals his secret identity and offers the group capsules that contain his secret formula to become explosive!
- Phantom Lady receives a letter from the Spider Widow challenging her to duel to see who is the most capable crime fighter. However, Spider Widow has also received the same letter from Phantom Lady. During their duel, they realize they've been set-up by a couple of gunmen, who try to shoot them down.
- Patrick's friend Pulman Coach asks him to find his missing business associate Sylvester Smirk. Plastic Man finds him being squeezed by Bobo the boa constrictor. Hardwich hired Madame Serpina to kill his business rival Smirk. Plastic Man kills the snake and fights off Serpina’s circus strongman admirer Mammo, saving Smirk and helping him close his business deal.
- Homer Creep, Ellen Dolan's ex-fiancee, is kidnapped by foreign agents who put him under a hypnotic spell to kill a man.
- An insane woman kills men in a special blue room inside Blanding's Castle, and her uncle tries to hide this secret from Manhunter and the authorities.
