Among the attendees were Federation Ambassador Curzon Dax, Presidential Advisor Sonek Pran, and Klingon representative Kor. During the conference, Dax was heavily involved in negotiations with the Klaestrons. In 2381, Pran reminded Captain Ezri Dax of his earlier meeting with her former host, but Dax had no memory of this encounter. She later admitted to her first officer Sam Bowers that Curzon and Kor had spent considerable time at the conference's open bar, and would remember the subsequent hangover until her last host died.
