An Entity of Type : owl:Thing, within Data Space : dbkwik.org associated with source dataset(s)

"Hisanohamasaurus" (meaning "Hisano-hama lizard") is the informal name given to an as yet undescribed genus of dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous. It is a nomen nudum known only from teeth that first appeared in a general-audience dinosaur book by David Lambert in 1990. It has been variously identified as a diplodocoid or a nemegtosaurid, so it is at least some sort of sauropod with narrow-crowned teeth. As its name suggests, its fossils were found in Japan. The location is part of Iwaki, Fukushima.
