| - Well if your early in the game (Which I will assume you are), bring potions, power/mega juice if you can, sonic bombs, and traps and trang bombs if possible. Try to bring dual swords with good green sharpness, and either water or dragon element. You really want armor the gives earplugs, that way his roar doesn't effect you. I think some good early game armor that gives earplugs in Hornetaur, but it might be hard to get.

When the fight starts, stun Kut-Ku with a sonic bomb, when he's dizzied, demonize (right trigger) and do the triange+circle combo as many times as possible on his legs. Hopefully he'll trip, then you can hit him hard in the face. He'll probably go into rage mode at this point so you may want to go on the defensive. A good time to hit him is when he's doing his triple fireball attack. Simply repeat several times, and remember, sonic bombs only work when he's not enraged (fire/smoke coming from his mouth). If he limps away he'll go to sleep. This is the perfect time to trap him. Place a trap under his feet, hit him with two trang bombs, and boom, quest over.
