Steve Boeddeker is an American freelance sound designer, editor, mixer andcomposer working mainly out of Skywalker Sound. He has worked extensively in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and London with many of today’s big-name directors frequently collaborating with Tim Burton. His work can be heard in many movies, including, Se7en (1995), Contact (1997), The Horse Whisperer (1998), Armageddon (1998), Fight Club (1999), The Village (2004), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), Tim Burton's Corpse Bride (2005), The Kite Runner (2007), Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007), Coraline (2009), Alice in Wonderland (2010), Tron: Legacy (2010), Beasts of the Southern Wild (2012), ParaNorman (2012), and Lincoln (2012). He is also a member of the band, Dogs of Distortion.
