Green Tourmaline Glass is a non-transparent dark-green glassy building-block that glows a little in the dark. It can be crafted in your Crafting Menu (default key "Q") or at Crafting Tables (that still exist in worlds created before R22 on September 16th 2015), but only after the crafting-recipe has been unlocked upon taking/crafting Tourmaline Glass for the first time (unlocked by taking/mining Tourmaline from the Stalactite layer or the Lava layer with at least an Obsidian Mining Cell.
