  • Ernie and Bert's Flashlight Adventure is a 1995 Sesame Street storybook featuring Ernie and Bert. When the reader sees a flashlight icon on the page, they are instructed to turn out the lights and find the hidden object that will be glowing. As Ernie and Bert prepare for bed, they imagine that they're searching for a lost treasure. They use their flashlight to illuminate glow-in-the-dark bats, parrots and ghosts that they spot during their adventure. They pretend they are Pirates, explore the jungle and old west, and dress up like Sherlock Holmes. Finally, they find the treasure -- Ernie's Rubber Duckie, which Ernie plays with while taking a bath in Rosie.
