- The Mystic Tome is a book obtained by searching the Globe Table in the house to the North-East of the East Ardougne Market. Karil: Yeah, farming is quite boring... Ahrim: But it pays and during these times its hard enough to get food on the table. Karil: I suppose that's true, but I can't help but wonder what our father and other people of the village are up to in the East. Verac: Yeah, the East, stories say its air is poisoned with the very blood of those that died there, and that the waters are littered with the corpses of... Karil: Yeah, that's enough! I'm trying to have a descent meal here! Verac: I'm sorry... Guthan: But Karil is right, there must be something better out there... The cutscene ends.
