| - A Portal of Citizenship allows you to declare a city your hometown. If you die, you will revive in this city's temple. Also, if you lose your house or guildhall, all items inside will be sent to the depot of your hometown. The portal of citizenship is usually found near each city's temple. You can find a Portal of Citizenship in the following places:
* Ab'Dendriel, in the maze, here. Note: you will need a machete to get there.
* Ankrahmun, on the first floor of the temple, here.
* Carlin, beneath the temple, here.
* Darashia, high above the depot, here.
* Edron, in the temple, here.
* Farmine, downstairs north of the steamship, here. Note: you will need to have completed the first 3 missions of The New Frontier Quest to be able to use it.
* Gray Beach, beneath the depot, here.
* Kazordoon, in the Hall of the Ancients, here.
* Liberty Bay, in the temple, here.
* Port Hope, above the temple, here.
* Roshamuul, in the temple, here.
* Svargrond, in the temple, here. Note: you will need to have finished the Barbarian Test Quest to be able to use it.
* Thais, above the temple, here.
* Venore, near the boat, one level down here.
* Yalahar, in the temple, here.
- The portal of citizenship is a portal that allows you to declare your hometown. If you die, the next time you login, you will be in the city's Temple where you are a citizen. The portal of citizenship is usually found near the Temple for each city.

* Yalahar, in the temple west of the boats.
