To purchase, one must first own all other parts of the Vampyre hunter outfit. The amulet runs off a charge system. It comes standard with 5 charges and more charges can be added at the cost of 25 vampyre fangs per charge or by buying the upgrades. The amulet has a maximum charge of 4,000 charges. The amulet comes with the permanent effect, Solar Glare, that causes you to deal 3% extra damage to the Vampyres that require a special weapon to damage. In addition, there are the following three upgrades that can be purchased with feral vampyre fangs. They must be obtained in order. * Killer Contract (500 feral vampyre fangs. Adds 5 charges to the amulet and doubles the reward from Slayer contracts for 1 charge each.) * Friend in Need (1,000 feral vampyre fangs. Adds 10 charges to the amulet and boosts the XP gain of the companions in Temple Trekking by 25% for no charges.) * Dead Lucky (2,000 feral vampyre fangs. Adds 15 charges to the amulet and allows to reroll the items in the Barrows chest once per run for 2 charges.)
