A Jellygator is an alligator-like creature who likes peanut butter. In the episode "Focus Wubbzy", Wubbzy accidentally spills some peanut butter. His friends clean it up, but they get covered in peanut butter themselves. This, of course, made the Jellygator chase them, wanting to eat them, so Wubbzy had to rescue his friends from the Jellygator.
