On reference stardate 1/1209.12 (circa 2186), the Thanatok, a Starfleet cruiser crewed entirely by Andorians with an overzealous captain, attacked and destroyed the enclave. A number of civilians were also killed. The Botchok Planetary Congress protested the civilian deaths, and the Federation punished the Thanatok's captain.
