The firm was established by Zeak Oppenhiemer in 10 ABY after his retirement from the Imperial Navy. He then joined the Kalla Naval Academy as an instructor where he was able to headquarter GI. Most GI recruits were trained at the Academy. Cylar Magtarnot was hired on as a managing partner to aide Oppenhiemer in running firm. The firm was suddenly closed in 12 ABY when Oppenhiemer disappeared.
