Synopsis
| - After Captain America and Falcon split up Stone-Face and his thugs capture Falcon. Meanwhile at their apartment Peter reassures Harry that Falcon won't be coming after him again, changes into Spider-Man, and sets off to find out what Falcon is really up to. Jody Casper visits Steve, warning him that Stone-Face is back in action. Redwing frantically flies into Steve's apartment, and sensing that Falcon is in danger, Cap follows. Meanwhile, Spidey uses his spider tracer to track Falcon to Stone-Face's HQ where the gangster is meeting with Harrison. Stone-Face tells Harnson that if the governor doesn't give him millions of dollars for allowing the state to put a building in Harlem he will set off riots in the community. While the meeting continues, Spidey rescues Falcon and convinces him that, although he is wanted by the police, Spider-Man is not a villain. Cap arrives with Redwing and is prepared to fight Spidey, but Falcon stops the Avenger. Determining that Stone-Face is the real villain, the heroes team up to break into the warehouse, rescue Harrison, and defeat Stone-Face and his gang. As Cap and Falcon turn Stone-Face over to the police a mysterious car pulls up. Offering only a cursory explanation Cap enters the departing vehicle, leaving Falcon alone on the sidewalk.
