General Vydar's goals and agendas are unknownable. The reclusive Valkyrie trusts no one and to him the world is not divided into "good" and "evil", but between those who have power and have been corrupted by it and those who have power and have yet to be. Utgar has been corrupted by his power, but to Vydar, Jandar and the other Generals simply have yet to be. Nevertheless, Utgar is a danger that threatens all and Vydar will remain true to the alliance with the other Generals against Utgar. But he does not trust them and so he sends Agent Skahen, a trustest protégé of Agent Carr himself, to keep on an eye on Vydar's allies and to watch for the inevitable power-hungry corruption.
