Elected to the Senate in 2837, Cameron D'Arcy-McGee was named interim leader of the Social Democratic Party of Baltusia on election night, following the resignation of John Paul Carmichael. D'Arcy-McGee was subsequently elected leader without opposition when the Social Democratic caucus first met in the Senate. Cameron D'Arcy-McGee was the great-great grandson of Lise Eizenga.
