| - ===Early Life===
Unlike most of this generation of Inhumans, Avera has had an extensive family legacy. Since her ancestor Averis, said to be a former co-chief of the old tribes, things have been touch and go with her family, some serving loyally to the ruling body of the tribe while others have gone against them. When it comes to the more recent past, Avera's parents unfortunately went the route of often clashing with the ruling body. As a high-class family they opposed many suggestions of allowing the lower-class of Attilan participate in the Genetic Trials to even the higher class not even needing the trials in general.
In fact, Avera herself practically became a pawn as they went against the order of the Genetic Council that Avera was not to undergo the change due to their outbursts. Alas, her parents did not heed the warnings and put Avera through the process after threatening some of the scientists in charge but it was thankfully luck that Avera's genetics were compatible with the Terrigenesis. Upon breaking free fro her cocoon, she gained some physical changes but also quickly discovered she could manipulate silver flames much to the delight of her parents. But at seven years old this would be the last she saw of her parents as they were cornered and arrested for treason and by extension Avera was given a minimal punishment of serving as a royal guard to the royal family.
Thus, she gained extensive training in defensive and offensive fighting, quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with by her teenage years. Though, like any teenager Avera was curious to explore things, and even strayed from her path when clo,se to being done with her punishment. She actually had a crush on and eventually fell in love with a Kree Inhuman despite it being forbidden for her to do so. As a result of this mutual attraction, Avera had an affair with the male Kree that resulted in an offspring who was of Kree and Human DNA. Though she managed to hide this for a time it soon became clear that Avera was expecting a child, and once her daughter was born DNA testing found her brief lapse into breaking her oaths.
Angered, the Genetic Council sought to swiftly change this but upon a plea from the oldest son of Attilan's royal family Avera was spared but her daughter killed as compensation much to Avera's sadness and anger. Though nothing could be done Avera out of gratitude continued her duties and was there upon the death of the oldest son.
Instructor Position
Following his death, she was assigned to become the guiding hand of the younger counterparts in her generation. Though she was skeptical of doing this job right with encouragement from Jaden's father she accepted the position while retaining her status as a reserve body guard. Thus in the past year she has waited patiently for the last end of the Genetic Trials, knowing she is part of the group that is undergoing Terrigenesis.

*Her control of her flames is heavily affected by her emotional state, thus if she is angered, upset, or stressed she can lose control as opposed to when she is alert and calm.

| - *Fire Manipulation: Avera is gifted with the ability to control and generate her own kind of flames, which is red in the middle with silver mainly being the most visible. These flames can be manipulated into various shapes and either being warm enough for someone to nearly touch them harmlessly or hot enough they can melt away stone, rock, and weaker metals. She can also create fireballs which can be thrown and vary in size or streams of fire of which can be sent out from different parts of her body, even in a way of a fire breathe. She cannot, however, control already existing flames and must generate her own flames.
**Flame Wave:Occasionally, Avera must expel a great deal of fire from her body in the form of what she calls as a Flame Wave. She unleashes a full wave of flames from her body which spread out to a 25-foot radius with her at the center and all can be seen is a kind of big wave of flames that last for but a moment but leave visible scorch marks. This is in cases when her body begins to become rather overheated.
**Limited Heat Immunity:Avera does have some limited heat resistance, allowing her to withstand temperatures up to 2000 degrees, the same temperature her own flames reach.
