| - Aliens are some of the rarest of monsters. FIXME Cryptids are all kinds of strange creatures, mostly unintelligent. Some are solitary, some are pack creatures, and some form hordes under a queen. They are one of the most commonly hunted creatures. They do not generally have an underground, though many have territories that they control. Many cryptids are created by mad scientists or rogue techies, and work for them. Demons are generally evil creatures that form elaborate hierarchies, oppressing their inferiors and rebelling against their superiors. The senior demon in an area often controls a court that serves as a meeting place for the local demons. Experiments are the sapient, mostly human creations of mad scientists. They are rare enough to not have their own undergrounds, but commonly associate with fae, demons or other rogues. Fae are a specific form of free-willed spirits. They organize into Summer and Winter courts, which war against each other and other rival courts for half the year. Each Summer or Winter court is ruled by a King or Queen that claims to the ruler of all fae. Free Willed Spirits include all forms of strange creatures that mostly reside on other planes and sometimes visit Earth. Each type of free willed spirit generally associates only with its own kind and fights against the others. Ghosts are the echoes of the living, trapped on the earth after a traumatic experience in death. They do not normally form undergrounds, but some areas are so heavily haunted that the local ghosts form a society. Lycanthropes probably pack animals FIXME Mummies are rare, created by unique events and non-contagious. While Mummies do not habitually associate with their own kind, most Mummies are canny enough to accumulate servants - human cultists, Fast Zombies, and exotic Free Willed Spirits or contractually entangled Demons. Mummies may have connections to other monsters undergrounds, but usually aren't active participants. Outcast Angels are rare, and mostly solitary. Sometimes they form regimented troops. Many outcast angels visit the undergrounds of other monsters. Rogue Psis and Rogue Witches are the most social of monsters, with substantial undergrounds in clubs, libraries, restaurants, and sacred spaces. Many mundanes also enjoy the hospitality of those undergrounds. Rogue Techies and Mad Scientists are generally loners, working with a few human henchmen and their mad creations. They communicate with each other through scholarly journals, and infrequently hold scientific conventions and trade shows. Vampires are mostly solitary predators. They sometimes form bands of 3-7 vampires on a master or two, but rarely larger. Vampires do not form undergrounds, but fight against each other. They uses fae or demon undergrounds as neutral meeting spaces. Zombies are almost always the non-intelligent slaves of other monsters. They don't form undergrounds as such, though a smart and skillful champion can sometimes infiltrate a zombie horde with a good disguise and careful acting.
