Sammy Jo (VLF150) was born on January 29, 2009 in the Lazuli. Her mother was Young and her father was probably Wollow. Her litter-mates were Franz(VLM149), Finnlex(VLM151), Bernie(VLF152) and Rufio(VLM155). All five pups survived through their first year without much even. In February Rufus over threw Wollow and became the new dominant male. A few months later Murray died in July 2010. Sammy Jo started to take on more adult responsablities like babysitting and keeping a sentry post. In September 2010 Sammy Jo was expelled and absent from the group at the end of the month. The next month Sammy Jo managed to rejoin the group but was evicted again along with Sossuvlei. Both females did not return to the group and were considered Last Seen in October 2010.
