Eileen Saki (born November 18, 1943) was the final and longest-running actress to play Rosie, proprietor of Rosie's Bar in the CBS television series M*A*S*H. She also had a small but memorable role in the season 5 premiere episode "Bug Out" as the head 'Madam' of a coquetteish group of prostitutes. Eileen replaced actress Frances Fong in the role after this episode, and continued in the part for the rest of the character's appearance on the series, her last appearance being in the episode titled "Snap Judgement" in Season 10.
