These could range from publishing mistakes to a lack of communication (such as the free entry to Segaworld). The most famous occasion was when the final part of Future Shock had the lettering on one page repeated on the following page, leading to much confusion. The problem wasn't rectified until Issue 91, when the correct page was restored in the Control Zone. Other problems include the Control Zone of Issue 49 being repeated in Issue 50, despite the "Welcome Screen" looking forward to Issue 50.
